• Student’s Safety is the top priority: Parents/Guardians, you are responsible for your child’s safety at all times –while our instructors teach and staff is busy – we are unable to provide child-care on-site. To ensure the safety of your child(ren) it is absolutely necessary that you are available to supervise and on-time pick-up your child.

• PARENTS or GUARDIANS, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN UNATTENDED!
• Missed lessons: Notification of inability to attend a lesson is a courtesy to the teacher but we regret there will be no refund for missed lessons. Students taking trial lesson-package (of any length other than a full year) do not have any make-up privileges. Students registered for a full school-year are permitted to one make-up class per semester or a maximum of two per school year.
• Lateness: If a student is late, may only receive the balance of the lesson. If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the lesson may not be taught.
• Withdrawal from lessons: If lessons are discontinued, student and/or parent agrees to one month written notice or in lieu of notice, one month's fees must be paid.
